Here are the rules!

1. Please introduce yourself HERE.
2. Make a Feedback thread with links to other FB that you have HERE.
3. NO flaming, spamming, or anything that has to do with being rude
4. Please Read our Buyer/sellers guidelines.
5. No Store Advertisements
•No links to livejournals/etsy/ebay or other shops/stores. Why? The BST is for private sellers only, for example if i wanted to sell my memo pad I'd put the picture, price, and shipping cost on the thread. Although you can provide a link to Flickr, that's okay.

Thank you to Birdie and Jen♥ for helping me out with everything. I couldn't have done it without you guys!

Seller Guide Lines

Please read these guidelines for Selling on our Sweet Kawaii Swap Forum. These are guidelines, not rules, but anyone who varies from these guidelines greatly without explicit agreement from the other party leaves herself/himself open to negative or neutral feedback. Thank you to everyone who works to make this a great buy-sell-trade forum!

Guidelines for sellers:

♠ Be fair about who gets an item several people ask about. If at all possible, sell it to the person who asks first. If the person doesn't pay on time, or asks you to hold it for a long time, move on to the next person. If someone offers you more than the first person, give the first person a chance to match it.

♠ Tell the buyer how you plan to mail the item so there are no surprises. (For example, tell the buyer you will mail the item in a bubble envelope if that's what you plan to do. The buyer may be expecting it in a box.) Be perfectly clear on whether there will be a way to track the item.

♠ Set a time limit for a hold, and put the item back up for sale if the person does not pay on schedule. A good time limit to start with is two days.

♠ Update your sales thread regularly to indicate items that are sold or on hold.

♠ Communicate with the buyer when you receive payment and when you mail the item.

♠ If a buyer pays by check or money order, make sure you can cash it or have it clear you bank acct, before mailing the item unless you know and trust the buyer.

♠ Mail fragile items in a sturdy box or with a lot of bubble wrap. No exceptions. Pad the items well and secure inside.

♠ When you pack the item, include a note indicating who you are on the forum. The buyer may be receiving items from dozens of sellers.

♠ Mail all items within one calendar week, unless you have asked the buyer for permission for a longer time line. If an emergency keeps you from your time line, communicate with the buyer as soon as possible.

♠ If the transaction is successful, leave the buyer positive feedback. If it is not, try to resolve it through PMs. Involve the forum admins and moderators if it will help.

♠ Don't wait too long to resolve something you are unhappy about. Other forum members may be selling to a bad buyer too.

Please state the following before you post what you are selling:

What types of payment you accept:
paypal
e-check
money order
concealed cash

Your location and where you willing to ship to. (ex. you only ship within the US, or you ship internationally)

Thank you to everyone who works to make this a great buy-sell-trade forum!

Guidelines for buyers:

♦ If you are interested in an item, reply to the thread and send a PM. This will help the seller keep track of who asked first.

♦ Be cautious about buying from anyone who cannot provide pictures of the item or who has no feedback. We all have to start somewhere, but new sellers should be able to provide pictures, even if it means borrowing someone's camera. Be very, very cautious about paying for something by money order from a seller with no feedback. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

♦ Once you agree to buy an item, ask the seller how the item will be wrapped, or tell the seller if you have a preference. (For example, do you expect a NRFB item to be in a box, or is a bubble envelope okay?) If you expect tracking or insurance, make sure the seller knows that.

♦ If you ask a seller to hold an item for you, specify when you will pay and then pay when the time is up.

♦ Once you have committed to buying an item, pay within three days if the seller has not set a specific time line.

♦ Communicate with the seller when you send payment and when you receive the item.

♦ When you pay, through PayPal or otherwise, include a note stating your forum name and what you are paying for. The seller may be receiving payment for dozens of items.

♦ If the transaction is successful, leave the seller positive feedback. If it is not, try to resolve it through PMs. Involve the forum admins and moderators if it will help.
